The Art & History Museum of Maitland Germaine Marvel Building originally built by Andre' Smith in 1935 is the center of all museum events and had not been updated since its first expansion in 1987. This expansion will enable the museum to hold more and larger events. Expected construction completion Spring 2014.

New pet boutique which specializes in fully organic and nutritous pet food and full grooming services. In addition to traditional architectural services, JWAC assisted the owner to obtain building permits as well as worked with the shopping center real estate firm to fully document the revisions needed for its own records.
Duke Energy Linemen Expansion

Duke Energy's Linemen Center in Lake Wales serves as the central strategic location for its emergency services for the Central Florida Region. This project will finish construction in the 1st Quarter 2014.
Original north facade designed by Andre' Smith in 1935. The expansion will retain as much of this original design as much as possible due to its National Historic Building status.
Rendering of the proposed design respects the original design while expanding the capacity of the building enabling larger events and civic functions to support the Maitland Art Community.
